Once each year, a member of our expert plumbing team (a certified service technician) will give your home scheduled service, a thorough inspection, and free plumbing system adjustments. Here are some of the things we will check in your home during our 54 point plumbing inspection:
- All of your faucets are tested and must pass a rigid performance test. If they don’t pass, they’ll be adjusted free of charge!
- All of your toilets are checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation. Any needed adjustments are free!
- All of your exposed waterlines are checked for any damage.
- All of the piping under your bathroom and kitchen sinks are checked for any sign of potential water damage.
- All your drains are checked above and below sinks for leaks and clogs.
- Your washing machine hoses and valves are thoroughly checked and tested.
- Your water heater is checked for safety, leaks and signs of corrosion. Water heaters are often a major cause of water damage. Keeping this piece of equipment in top shape guarantees peace of mind!

As a member of The Ideal Club, you’ll go to the front of the line and to the top of the appointment book if you ever need plumbing service. You’ll never wait more than 2 hours for our team of experts to arrive at your home. We offer 1-hour service from 8am to 5pm and 2-hour service from 5pm to 8am for any emergency work.
As a member of The Ideal Club, you’ll have the opportunity to take advantage of any unadvertised specials we offer.
What’s more, you get a whopping 25% discount (a preferred service rate) should you ever need us for any plumbing repair. And you get a full, 2-year guarantee on any and all repairs and replacements. No other plumber in the book will give you great specials and service like this.
Our Promise

If a problem does occur, you’ll go to the top of our service list. You will be priority-service protected every hour of every day from water-damaging plumbing emergencies. If you move within our market area, you may transfer your club membership to your new home upon a $49 re-inspection of the new home, or it can be transferred to the new owner.

Ideal Club Memberships - Heating
The Ideal Club is a private membership service club that’s limited to 22% of our clients. It isn’t available to everyone, because we couldn’t possibly keep up with the work load. The Ideal Club is comprised of several options for you to choose from. The regular Heating & Air Conditioning package is security for your home! Take a look at the following member benefits you get for only $16.99 a month:
$260 in Scheduled Maintenance!
Twice each year (spring and fall), a member of our expert heating and cooling team (a certified service technician) will give your furnace and air conditioner a thorough inspection, scheduled maintenance and system adjustments. During our visits, we will:
- Check your thermostat to ensure proper calibration
- Inspect all gas piping to ensure it is free of leaks
- Check your furnace safety controls
- Check heat rise – too much heat can cause your heat exchanger to crack
- Clean and inspect pilot light
- Check and record C/O levels
- Camera inspection of heat exchanger and secondary heat exchanger
- Test proper blower operations
- Clean and calibrate burners
- Check combustion/ventilation air
- Camera inspection of A/C evaporator coil

Ideal Plus Heating & Cooling Package
The Ideal Plus Heating & Cooling package includes all of the same benefits of our regular package, however, instead of receiving a 25% discount off of your parts and labour, all parts and labour are included. In other words, any service we provide is free! Your invoice will be $0 when we leave your home!
